Today, so far, has not been as bad as I had feared  this morning was a large black coffee(2kcl) before heading to the gym for my usual 2 classes. I've never gym'd on empty before but my spin class was epic!!! Best class ever followed by an equally great body balance.

Lunch was a 2 egg omelette laced with chilli flakes (144 kcl plus 8kcl for frylight). This could be slimmed down to a1 and 2 omelette (1whole egg and two whites? Would be 106kcl). Herbal teas, water and diet drinks sipped throughout the day. Feeling a bit wobbly now (it's about 4pm ish) and have a slight headache, cured by a sit down with licorice and peppermint herbal tea plus paracetamol. Only an hour left till dinner!!!!

Dinner tonight. Skinless chicken breast (116 kcl) with veggie stir fry (144kcl) can't wait. Weirdly though...

Really pleased to be home and wanting to get back on track. Will wait until Monday as that is my usual fast day. It has been a very difficult week and I have still not found another place for dad. I am emotionally wrung out. It always feel like sensory over load when I go back to the UK. Very tired tonight so will catch everyone up with what has been happening tomorrow. Should have picked up my Bruno from the kennels today but was too late back so have to wait until tomorrow morning.
Will have to deal with the insurance company tomorrow to get the wrecked car sorted.

It's been over a month sine my last weigh in and recording my stats. My charity bike ride has now taken place and we went back of the IF diet yesterday with my first fast day for over a month, have woken this morning after a good nights sleep and feeling chuffed with myself as coped yesterday better than I expected to. Also - weighed less than I expected to as when i got back from the ride I have put on a couple of kilos - eating nearly 3000 calories a day on the ride hadn't helped. Now down to 71.6kg - still some way to go but going in the right direction.

Roll on next week with 2 fast day!

Weight 9s 5.5

So much has happened. Usually when I miss a few days I update according to MFP bu I just don't have time anymore. I told you I thought something special was goning to happen. It just happened a little quicker than expected - I got engaged. And suddenly I'm being way more careful about what I eat. I got engaged Sat and had a meal out, then family celebrations Sunday and finally a chipper Monday. We have been quite hungover but the last 2 days I have been good. I know that I must focus now as I only have a year. It sounds long, but its also a year since I gave birth and I'm still a good bi off my goal. My son is sick also so we have been up all night. So I need to do some shopping to get the food in. Now our free time is taken up with shopping and venues and Xmas and parties that it will be hard to organise myself. I am working at home the next 2 days so I intend to do some cooking in the time that I save. I'll do an online shop tonight and get in what I need.

I will try to...

Previous Diets have had me looking ill- almost anorexic with bad skin, hair and nail condition at an average weight of 10st 3lbs
and a UK size 12  For my age/height/gender,NHS CHOICES (UK website) I would have a healthy BMI range 18.5-25.0 and weight range 52.2Kg (8st 3lb)- 70.8Kg (11st 2lb) YET here I am weight loss now slowing up to 1-2lb per month....I DESPAIR NOT- as here I am down to a UK 10 (work trousers loose even after washing) I feel happier, healthier, more energetic, make better food and portion size choices :like: Friends and family say I look great and do not need to lose any more as I could end up looking ill (been there- done that, won't go there again!)
REALITY CHECK:...
