Exercise has really helped if anything it is a distraction so since last blog have done another circuit with beautiful daughter and had a run with a lovely friend.

Taking it easy today more circuits tomorrow. Oh my DVD has not come yet ???

Woke up this morning with my first thought being SCALES! Not sure if I was apprehensive or looking forward to see what I could of lost :?:

But I need not of worried as I have lost 4lb 3oz yay more than happy
I do realize that this is also because I have cut the booze right out too and dare I say it my indoor cardio walker thingy has seen day light a couple of days this past week again (much to oH surprise) but I have found this week really simple with the fast days.

So bring on the next week

Day, that is! We have been trying to buy a wood burner for the barn that will be a house for eldest and her husband. Lots more work to do yet but we found a lovely wood burner advertised that is free standing. This solves the problem of fitting in a fireplace as one is not needed. It can stand in front of the chimney wall and we can put in the pipework to take the smoke easily. We first saw this fire last week and decided to go and get it last Wednesday. When checking the stock level before leaving we found it was back up to full price. We could have gone into battle as the ad said the offer was running until 13th October but didn't feel like driving 60 miles for a battle we were sure we could not win.
Then yesterday we discovered it was back at the sale price. This morning we packed up the dogs and a picnic and headed up to Caen. We went to Arromanche and had a lovely cliff top walk above one of the beaches involved in ww2. We then drove to Juno and Gold beaches but did not feel up to...

I am on a kind of break for now. I feel like my body needs to get 'stabalize' before I embark on more fasting and what not. It has been a crazy several years and the craziness if not over and I hope it will soon be over so that I can start really to destress and take care of my body properly.

There are certain things that are way out of my control and I have to let time fix that. Others where I can fix like making sure I get enough sleep, proper nurtition and exercise.

I have not done a proper fast for the past week or so but I have done a 16:8 each day to maintain and that I have managed rather well. I have not gained weight though my scales are jumpy but that is due amount of food or what kind of food I consume. My measurements are the same and I fit into my clothes that I never thought I will fit in again.

Food wise I have been good. I have avoided white flour and most carbs. The day that I consumed white flour I had a terrible tummy next day. So it just confirms my suspicion. I had...

Hello!

This week I recorded a loss of 2.8lbs - which took me to a total of 28.8lbs lost...in 7 weeks!!!

Very nice psychological boost to get very slightly past the 2 stone mark! We're never happy though, are we? Naturally, I would've preferred a larger loss, ha ha! But, it is what it is...and if you'd have told me 7 weeks ago that I would be standing here recording that sort of a loss.....I'd have said you were having a laugh!!

So, it's the final push this week! Check out my BSD musings thread to read more about my despondent final week. Hopefully, I'll regroup......keep your fingers crossed for me please!! Xxx
