Been a while since I blogged, so I thought I'd update.

First week went okay, not too bad. The second even better, I had some wobbles around when to eat and now after completing my fifth fast and preparing for my 6th. I don't worry about what I'm going to eat on the day and when, I go with the flow more, only downside to that is planning the meals on the fast is the mouthwatering that occurs. I have also found that eating mainly in the eve gives you a large plate of food, on Tuesday, I was taken aback by the quantity of food on my plate (& I didn't use up all my calories for that day either). I only have 100ml skimmed milk and a miso soup during the day calorie wise before the evening meal. I plan to cheat for tomorrow's meal, I'm getting a ready meal with low calories (love life from waitrose), as they do fill me up and I can even have pudding after. ...

I stepped on the scales first thing this morning and I have lost three pounds! Well pleased. I know it is probably a lot of water and I would have been happy with one pound, ok, to be honest, two . . .
I know I will have weeks where I don't lose or even put on, but it's good for my ego and it means I will continue.

   Well nothing good to report for me - I've remained at 10st 6lbs one up from last Friday but I'm blaming the hostages for refusing to leave - since Monday  I'm calling in Morgan Freeman to monitor the situation!

BUT congratulations to Mr LJ, who is two full pounds down this week to 11.st 11 lbs - what a star

I hope you have all had a great result and I wish you a great weekend X

Later this week our family holiday will begin, and I am really looking forward to it for the fact that I am no longer a quivering mass of obesity. And at this point, I apologise to those on 5:2 who are still up there. Being obese for so long, I am indulging myself.

Having lost some 18kgs or so, I have even taken to removing my shirt in the garden.

I am still 5kgs off my target weight, but the holiday will full of swimming, walking, jogging, and socializing with my super toned friends.

This lifestyle has turned back the clock, and spurred me forward. Tomorrow is my fast day. I really enjoy them.

Enough for now.

After 4 weeks and 8 fast I am down 1.4kg. It is not as much as it should have been looking at the average of 500g per week, but I know that I didn't follow the diet properly and with a week in Berlin it was hard too. Next week I will be out for 5 days again and another test for myself. At the end of everything I am not disappointed at all because I am loosing weight and I am not far away from the 80 number. I won't be able to weigh myself next week at least until Friday morning and see the damages of the week out. I really hope to be able to control myself.
Time will tell.
