Today is the third week of my 5:2 journey and today is my fifth fast. Its a Monday and the weekend went ok, but I did succumb to bread. We stayed at a hotel in Malaga and went out for dinner and drinks in the city. There is a speciality dish here called Porra Antequera and it is basically a blend of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tomatoes and bread. It is served cold with chopped egg and jamon on top and it is totally amazing! I had a portion and mopped up the bowl with some of the bread served on the side. The following morning the breakfast buffet had about six different types of bread which was all too wonderful! Sorry if I'm making you feel hungry guys. So I looked forward to my fast today, it is now 4.40pm and I am on about my tenth cup of herbal tea, the chicken has been roasted, there is a sweet potato in cooking and I have the biggest bag of fresh spinach to munch on. All under 500 calories of course! Joining the gym tomorrow and aim to do some running. X

so this week was the first time I stayed the same in weight but lost an inch on my waist- still feel great- very tired most days because of the work we do but work also gets easier because there is less of me to carry around!
we aborted our second fast day this week on wednesday as it was not "auspicious" and fasted the next day- we now have the weekend free of fasting and will be back on monday.
have recommended this WOE to freinds who are reading up on it as we speak and I am sure they will take it up- also heard of others who have been doing it for a long time and are doing very well with it.
This WOE is definately spreading rapidly!!! FASCINATING!!!

Yes a mildly odd title but they're the main things in my life at the mo, husband and child aside!

So found out Pokemon is now on Netflix, I've been avidly watching it with Sofia, who now loves it and can name 10 Pokemon. Proud mum, exasperated dad! lol,

On the Warcraft side (I apologies if I loose the ones who have no idea what World of Warcraft is at this point!) Finally, after roughly a year and a half, got my Tauren Paladin to 90, and am now being made to make her into a tank even though I have no idea how, or any real interest in it! While doing that and trying to get a tank set together i'm leveling a monk to finish the classy Tauren achievement! So all busy on there, thank the stars i'm not raiding too!

And onto my greatest note of worth, I've only gone and lost half a blooming stone! :victory: ...

I have kept up my fasting so far and weighed myself on Saturday - lost 6lbs in total!!! - found today the hardest as I'm stressed with work and a job application but hey.
Have eaten a little more than I normally would but only on 510 calories. Have been a lot more active than normal too.

Can't believe I am already on my third week :)
