Will this work? I'm pretty sick of diets, this seems intuitively more flexible and *natural* religious types have been fasting for centuries, and I'm sure the caveman didn't and wasn't able to have 3 square meals a day. I think it will be nice to just give my body a rest from food rather than shoveling it in every day. Will report back at the end of the day with more thoughts. Over and out.

When I got up yesterday morning, it wasn't as frosty as what it was on the previous day, but there was a cold wind blowing to make it equally important that I stock up on hot, low carb snacks. I haven't done as much exercise as I would have liked, so that's got to change over the coming weeks, but I have defiantly started eating less on my normal days... I've started with my graze boxes for lunch at work, so I fast on a Monday, have a light graze box on Tuesday, fast day Wednesday, and a regular box on Thursday.... Fridays I work from home so I eat whatever, if I remember!
At least doing it this way, I know I'm eating the right foods and can space them out as and when during the day let's just hope it all adds up!
