Well Yesterdays fast went without a hitch, my evening meal and drinks through the day came under the 500 calorie mark, Just! However last nights suprisingly easy jogging session apparently burned of nearly 300 calories alone so all in all a sucessful day.

Today was a bit of a wierd one, I got up this morning and for the first time in ages I didn't want breakfast, the thought of it just didn't appeal to me, so I didn't bother. I then found myself craving salad all morning, Yes SALAD! am I going mad? I mean I'm not adverse to a salad but honestly does anyone usually crave it?

So salad all round it was for lunch, a small slice of mums homemade gluten free cake this afternoon while booking summer holiday round two (well it would be rude not too!). A lovely steak with stir fried veg for dinner. Why am I not stuffing my face with chocolate cake and chips while I can?

Tonight, according to Run Double a handy little jogging app on my phone, we had to up our game for the start of week four...

I'm happy to be losing weight; but my derriere is barely there! Meanwhile my gut enjoys hanging out over my belt knocking over items placed too close to the edge of the table. I guess a little humiliation is good for the soul. I'm going to keep trying to lose more weight and hope that Mother Nature is about finished distorting my body into truly odd shapes - perhaps this is Mother Nature's idea of "payback" for me "messing up" what I was originally given. Lesson learned: Don't mess with Mother Nature.

Week two was as easy as week one and I do not feel deprived of anything, actually looked forward to my meals and my fast days.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Had fish and chips last night.... Felt bloated and sick after.... Fast again today.
I know they are practically the worst thing you can eat so don't know why I sabotaged myself. Will be doing 4:3 and 16:8 for rest of week to make up for it. Weigh in Friday so will assess any damage then.

Well, breakfast is no more in its usual guise. I now have a banana and black coffee. It has been fine. I may sometimes have some toast but not every day.
I am also now working on giving up bread, cakes, biscuits and chocolate as they are all trigger foods for me. It is now a week since I went back to my vegetarian diet and I am much happier. I have drastically reduced my egg mountain already.
I have gained weight I know so am keeping away from the scales as they just preach failure. I am working on regaining control but it is not easy.
