Weigh in this morning and I was honestly gutted that I hadn't lost any weight this week. BUT.......and it's a big but. I got the tape measure out and found that I've lost 2 inches off my waist. Had to get my husband to double check. That's 3lb and 2 inches in a fortnight. So onwards and upwards. But I have been contemplating doing 5.3 any advice greatly received.

So I have started charting in the Libra app.

Due to my weighing every day..a compulsion I cannot stop, I was getting a bit upset by weight fluctuation seemingly up and down every day, between the same 4lbs or so.

So someone on here mentioned the Libra app so I decided to give it a go. I am moving down the trend line, so that reassures me a lot. My weight still fluctuates up and down every day, but I feel a lot better seeing it slowly go down!

This is my first 2 weeks on the chart, although it is only the last 3 days I have weighed daily.

I have either been slightly below the trend line or right in it, the red line being the trend line. The blue line is the diet plan, as defined in the diet plan preferences. So I had put my Goal Date as 12 June 2014 to lose the weight I want to. So I am currently below that.

Today did not go well. Its an epic fail. I was awake at 5am with my son's new sleep training - he's a stubborn one. I'm freezing cold and the niggle in my mouth is pretty sore now. I'm going to ring the dentist as on Monday they said to ring if the pain not gone by Wed. The only thing is - I overspent this month .....sigh. I'll have to borrow it. I'm just a bit down today - it took 3 hours to get to work. A massive crash on our main road, I've hurt my back - a muscle seems to be in spasm and it makes it sore to life my little one and now my tooth. I'm stressed getting to and from work but OH is home tomorrow so I'll at least have support then. My food looked like this:

Lunch: tomato soup (59 cals)
Dinner: tomato soup, grapefruit, yogurt, blue cheese, peanut M&M's (381)
Snacks: bovril 20, chocolates (232)
Red wine(250)

I started off well but at about 4pm there were chocolates in the office, I usually can take a few and put them away for the weekend but I dunno what happened. As I...

Current Weight: 73.8kg (11 stone 9 pounds)
Trend Weight: 72.8kg (11 stone 6 pounds)

Those who support a 16:8 eating routine claim that it is impossible (or at least very difficult) with overeat within an 8 hour eating window. However, what I am about to describe might well shatter that belief in my case, anyway. Yesterday started off fine, but I have been struggling with extreme bouts of hunger and tiredness over the last couple of days.

Yesterday, that hunger just grew bigger and bigger, making it more and more of a struggle to even hold out until the point in time when I opened my eating window for yesterday at 12 noon. Yesterday was of course, day 88 of this WOE and my 63rd feeding day under this regime.

My intention was to remain low carb and I had hoped that this might quell the hunger a bit. I even downed a whole pint of water to see if that would help, but all to no avail. Because I had intended to go low carb yesterday, I started off that way by eating a smoked sausage with some...
