Second fast of the week today to repair holiday damage. Green smoothie:
2 cucumbers
Thumb of ginger
4 small apples
2 lemons
5 celery sticks
All pushed through the juicer and then blended with half a pack of lightly steamed kale. Tsp. of liquid chlorophyll also added and a tspn of moringa powder. Total calories 392. I make in the morning and keep in the fridge.

I tried this yesterday and it really took the edge of my appetite so I have deemed it good enough for a liquid fast. So much so I had to force myself to eat yesterday, only getting up to just over 1000 calories which is under my TDEE. (50g goats cheese, small handful of unsalted peanuts and a small glass of red). However given I have over eaten my TDEE for the past few weeks, I don't think this will do me any harm.

45% carbs
39% fat
15% protein

Current plan is 40/45/15

It's pouring with rain here this morning, so the daily walk will need to be on the treadmill. Off I go.

Current Trend Weight: 71.6kg (11 stone 4 pounds)

Now that I have my first week of 6:1 under my belt, I am now thinking of winding down my daily blog entries as it is becoming a bit more difficult to say anything that is different from what I have said already in previous blog entries, and saying the same things over and over again can get a bit repetitive and boring over time. I have had thoughts about reducing the frequency of these posts to once a week or possibly even once a month. However, there are often times outside of these periods when something important crops up which I might want to share. Because of that, I will probably end up writing a blog entry whenever this is the case, rather than having any set frequency or times for doing so.

If I don't post a blog entry for any particular day from now on, it will be because that day has gone more or less the same as the previous such days which means that there would be no point in...

Well, I was amazed to see how i looked in a photo last week, all about which I posted on the forum. Gee it made me feel special to get so many compliments from other forumites. You don't get that many people in real life saying how great you look! I think middle aged women are somewhat invisible. And people who see me a lot haven't noticed because my weight loss has been so slow.

However to return to the pants' saga. I have documented here my big moment when I purchased size 15 pants, a few months ago. Now those pants are loose. I can put my fist into the waist band.

I have just made a bold step and bought some pants in size 14. I always used to be size 14. When I learned to sew in my 40s, I used to perfectly fit size 14 patterns. IT's been a long time since I fitted into that size.

These pants are red!!!!!

It's a huge statement of confidence. I don't know if I'll fit into these pants, but I know I will one day and probably this summer. Perhaps this is my Christmas outfit.
