Day two of trying out Fast-5. That is: eating only within a five hour window. It should not be that hard really, as the last few months have been between a 7 and 8 hr window for most of the time. It's a way of enjoying my hols without worrying about when to fast and what the cal count is.

We have been shopping in Palma today as I wanted to buy my friend Paty something. She is a petite Columbian with striking dark features. I found a beautiful chunky red, black and gold necklace in Bimba & Lola. It has 3 giant ladybirds on it. I know she will love it as a)she loves anything red and b)is a sucker for statement jewellery. And this is something of a statement! Trust me it looks better than it sounds. I also spotted a navy sleeveless blazer which I nabbed for myself. 40% off in the sale. Bargain. Don't mind if I do :like:

Big curry on Friday, Big Saturday diner, goodbye 15 stone 10 and hello 16 stone 4. Ah well, can't say I don't deserve it. Back on the wagon tomorrow. GF told me to just get back on the horse. Seems like a good idea. I really want to get into 15 stone land again. Just wanted to share this with other folk who may be doing the bounce too. Please don't give up.

WOW this 5:2/4:3/ADF really works :heart: and further more you can swap it around to suit your needs following impromptue/spur of the moments- changes of food routine :like: Not so much a yo-yo rollercoaster effect :bugeyes: but a more subtle ebb and flow of calmer sea tides than of late :lol: Still can't work out WHY my appetite has shrunk so quickly or WHY on feed days I'm still consuming much less calories than TDEE allows AND still feel comfortably full (But then feel guilty if I have a biscuit or pack of rice cakes-still within my allowance! ...

Doing a lot of reading this morning on the fastday site and was not aware of all the different choices there was when it comes to fasting. I have an lot to shift so perhaps i will spend the first few weeks experimenting with different methods to see which one will suit me better.
