My mantra is, each to their own. However....when I read how some folk have decided to eat, well I can't help but think, blow that for a game of soldiers !

I'm down 2.4 lbs!

I was trying to decide if I should change my weighing day to a morning following a fast, but somehow I think doing it this way (the morning of a fast day) will give me a more accurate picture. Maybe it all balances out over the week anyway.
Ideally, I would like to lose another 16-17 pounds. If I make it, it will be the first time I've been lower than about 140 lbs in probably 20 years. I was 140 at my wedding 7 years ago and felt pretty good, so perhaps once I get there I will decide to switch to maintenance. I guess I'll wait and see!

Loving this plan more every day!

Fast Breakfast this morning:
Strawberries and vanilla greek yogurt with hemp seeds
Coffee with soy creamer ...

   Well nothing good to report for me - I've remained at 10st 6lbs one up from last Friday but I'm blaming the hostages for refusing to leave - since Monday  I'm calling in Morgan Freeman to monitor the situation!

BUT congratulations to Mr LJ, who is two full pounds down this week to 11.st 11 lbs - what a star

I hope you have all had a great result and I wish you a great weekend X

Have felt hungry today but have have limited what I ate as I need to cut down on feed days. My size 12's are feeling loose and I can get some size 10 skirts on although they are snug. Hopefully the scales will reflect this but I am less concerned about that now. As long as I get into my winter clothes as I cannot afford to replace them I have some favorite size 10 jeans I want to wear again and that is my target.
Suki cat has today washed herself for the first time in weeks and is eating her food as soon as I give it to her. She also fought me today when I gave her the medication.
Still nothing from the social worker about the latest assessment on my dad. Will have to hassle her tomorrow.
Visitors go tomorrow and hopefully life can settle down again.
Will try to pull back on what I eat again tomorrow.
