Breakfast. 2 slices of Julian Bakery Paleo Bread (low carb) and one poached egg
Lunch. Smoothie made with spinach, small avocado, 1 lime, large slice of pineapple, coconut water and young coconut meat. Picture below.
Snacks Builders chocolate and peanut protein bar. 2 bananas, Black bean and flax tortilla chips, small handful of walnuts.

Fast day tomorrow.

:grin: Whoever suggested Shirataki noodles should be given a medal! These really make a fast day bearable. I have done stir fries, spag bog, chilli con carne etc. etc. The whole sachet is only 4 cals. Any other wonder foods on offer?

The last calories have been consumed for fast day three and again really can't get over this, a fast day and I have just eaten pizza and salad this along with my breakfast of a smoothie has only racked me up 488 calories, what a bargain :like:

I have pondered my food and alcohol consumption in the 4 feast days between now and my last fast and think it would be fair to say I consumed too much all round, I went to sleep last night feeling a little uncomfortable so after re-reading a number of the blogs posted by others I have decided to track my calorie intake for one whole week regardless of fast or feast this will give me a good indication of whether or not eating 'normally' on feast days is as I suspect not the best idea, don't get me wrong I have no intention of depriving myself or ending up fasting 0:7 but I would like to know what normal looks and feels like and if my normal has resulted...

Today started off great. I went to the gym this morning, skipped breakfast as it was my fast day. Lunch was good to I had an omelette and felt fine. I started helping hubby in the garden I was going to have a soup for dinner but hubby ordered a kebab. Once it arrived I felt so hungry and well I eat some kebab. Now I feel so bad, I really hate myself now and it was just not worth how I am feeling right now. I hope this is a lesson to myself. Plan is to fast Tuesday and then again on Thursday.

When I first weighed myself 4 days ago I was 15st and today I've lost 8lbs! I'm going to assume this is going to be water rather than fat? Any way, it's fast day today too!
