Well I lost over 5kg in 2 weeks, then my weight frozen, then went up again.. no matter what I did. Then I was randomly sick again... alas problems with intolerances reappeared. I can't tolerate fructose and I have been eating grapes and corn more... sickness and weight gain returned! 3 days without and my weight has dropped a little again. Another 3KG to hit my second goal!

Good news house is almost done and hopefully tonight we are moving my cross trainer again so I can use it, whoohoo it's my favourite thing! I am also going to the gym after finding one that's reasonably priced in this tiny city! Also I can almost fit back into my fitness stuff so I don't feel so bad about being seen in public! =)

Well it's Christmas I suppose. I gained a pound this week, despite 5:2 (didn't manage 4:3) and 16:8. I'm surprised it's not more really given all the partying. Again another fast day broken yesterday with visitors turning up unexpectedly last night. Ah well, at least I did a 16:8.

I'm glad I weighed in as in many ways it means I will be extra vigilant over the next few days. Next weigh in will be Saturday which will be the true test.

Happy Christmas everyone and a big thanks to you all for reading my blog. You have all been so supportive and I could not have come this far without you cheering me on! I feel I have made many great new friends this year and for that alone I am so very grateful. :worship:

monday work 1130-8pm

weight- 162 lbs fat 38.8 muscle 28.5

exercise- 10 min jog 10 min walk on tread mill. 3.6 and 5.0
felt good doing it.

AM...My numbers have improved. 4.2 lbs lost since 6/19/13 . Twelve days not bad
Husband said he noticed that I lost weight. Not sure I can see it. My clothes are still tight somewhat.

it is 859am and I am not feeling the grumbling yet. I plan on having
an egg and cherry tomatoes for lunch
v8 and chicken broth, tomatoes for snacks
dinner will be Wendys salad since I am working late and that is an easy way to calculate.
I might have some gatorade when I get home depending on how I feel. If I get the dizzies again, I will have some gatorade on ice.

I had Husband watch the documentary. He really is serious about losing weight. He can work on the smoking after he gets his weight down and confidence up.

I love eating on my regular days with no guilt. Eat what I have a taste for. No calorie counting. I don't even put the info in myfitnesspal....

It makes me not eat at work. I eat when bored and stress at work.

It makes me deal with my food issues

It has thought me that I eat even though I am full but head still wants food

It trains me to stop eating when full as my tummy hurts when I over eat

With portion control, I can still eat my chocolate, ice cream and cake when I want to

I can fast and my husband has no idea what is going on as I still ‘eat’ in front of him

The look on peoples face at work when I say I am fasting

To be back to the body I remembered

To put on pants that has been too tight to wear a year ago

I have been eating more than I need to survive

It is ok to not eat up the food on my plate

Today has gone well,for one of those ''not at work fast days''. Not eating to around 1:30 helps. I will be well under 600 Kcal today. Give the circumstances of the upcoming week a further 36 hour fast is unlikely and I will have to miss the odd meal and do a 16:8 day to reduce my weekly calorie intake. Next week I shall fast on the 23rd,and try to be good on the other days and get back to the 5:2 fully in the first week of January.
I suspect that once I get down to near my target weight I shall do a mix of 1 day 600 Kcal,plus a 16:8 to keep me at my target weight. I must say though that people here are right,it does get easier to fast. This is the first none work day where I have fasted where I have not been really hungry at 4pm. I think that this has been due to better planning on my part.
I am becoming convinced that intermittent fasting is important for health beyond simple weight loss.
