Have been stuck for a while now. I'm moving up and down between 198 and 203. I'm so tired of being stuck. Still fasting twice a week. Have been drinking more water, especially on fast days. But still not making any progress.
I'm fasting today and it is my second fast of the week. Am also toying with the idea of fasting again Friday. Maybe the extra fast will help me get back on track. SIGH!
This is starting to feel like dieting instead of living and that is a bad thing. When I was making steady progress it was so much easier to motivate myself on fasting days.
My birthday is next week and I really was hoping to be smaller by then. After my steady success in the summer/fall I expected to keep moving along after Christmas and be closer to the 40 pound lost mark. Instead I'm flitting around 27, 28, 29. ARGH!

I went to a friends wedding last night, I felt slightly alien as I wore a dress and had my legs out,which never happens as I am a trouser girl, someone I had not seen for a few months, literally was gob smacked at how much weight I had lost, they didn't even know I was dieting, when I explained what diet I was doing, she said I looked amazing and my body shape had defiantly changed. It's weird because I don't see the body shape change, it's kinda exciting that's how people see me, once again it spurs me on to lose weight and be some gorgeous slim woman.
So as I had a heavy day yesterday with a very naughty lunch and then some drinks at the wedding, I am not going to have a fast day today, but I am going to stick to 1000 cals, hopefully this will balance me out al little.
Life is good and to be honest I am enjoying it ...

So far so good with my father. The dementia team have been amazing. Tomorrow they will phone me to discuss their decision. They have sourced his medical records, arranged to meet the GP to arrange the memory assessment and discussed his case with the team. At last someone who understands dementia. Will update after the call.
It has been a successful fast too, nothing but black coffee and water all day then eggs and salad for dinner. Went to the English pub for the monthly car club and drank Perrier. Won €15 on the sweepstake that cost €1 so all in all a good day. Oh and also have had our 11th week booked for the Gite. A fantastic first season. I would still rather be back in the UK though!

This week I have been wearing my new pants with a beautiful top I bought, still size 16 in tops- and I felt great. The pants fit beautifully. I look normal - NOT FAT!!!! I love this WOL!
