The holiday gatherings are increasing but I've still been able to get my fasts in and my trend is still dropping nicely. My plan is to keep this up till Christmas and then try not to do too much damage while we are away on Christmas vacation visiting our families.

Stats so far:
Start: July 2, 2013 - 227.2 pounds (BMI 38.84)
Today: Dec 13, 2013 - 203.8 pounds (BMI 34.79)

Timeframe: 23 weeks, 3 days (= 164 days total)
Fasts: 49 fasts completed in that time

Total loss: 23.7 pounds
Average: 1.012 pounds per week
BMI has gone done 4.05 points

I need to retake my measurements, but I can see in the mirror that things are improving. And I am delighted! Onward!

10/7/13 - Well fast day 7 was easy peasy no feelings of hunger, energy levels good drinking litres of water! Happy happy....... until I weighed in and realised that I had maintained.

Extremely disappointing but that's life I guess. I haven'h changed anything so I don't know if I am doing some thing wrong, but I guess its a case of sucking it up and seeing what happens next week.

I am on a kind of break for now. I feel like my body needs to get 'stabalize' before I embark on more fasting and what not. It has been a crazy several years and the craziness if not over and I hope it will soon be over so that I can start really to destress and take care of my body properly.

There are certain things that are way out of my control and I have to let time fix that. Others where I can fix like making sure I get enough sleep, proper nurtition and exercise.

I have not done a proper fast for the past week or so but I have done a 16:8 each day to maintain and that I have managed rather well. I have not gained weight though my scales are jumpy but that is due amount of food or what kind of food I consume. My measurements are the same and I fit into my clothes that I never thought I will fit in again.

Food wise I have been good. I have avoided white flour and most carbs. The day that I consumed white flour I had a terrible tummy next day. So it just confirms my suspicion. I had...

Scale actually put me up two pounds which really bummed me out as I had two decent fast days? Hoping the heat and some water retention were the reason have to remind myself of the weekly avg is the key. Just want to see this last 15 off so I can work at maintaining! Have got a 3.5 mile walk in four out of five days. Tomoro taking in a bunch of clothes to help me keep busy while I fast.
