:dazed: It's been over a month since I visited this site. I've had lots of problems with late night snacking, esp. on fast days. Even some outright binges. So I gave up even trying. Have put back on the weight I lost, plus 4 more. Intent is to re-read the book and start over from scratch.

Baby not sleeping at all. His regime has been totally thrown by being in the hotel. I know it will be back to square 1 now Sunday but what can we do. I have woken up feeling pretty hungover and sick. I know today will be bad. Hotel breaky and I know we will get a takeaway later. It looked like this:

Bfast: 2 slices toast with marmelade, yogurt and grapefruit (396)
Lunch: 3 jammy dodger biscuits, packet of snax( 330)
Dinner: Thai red beef curry and rice and wine (1247)

Total came in at 1973 which is under the 2000. wooop that is still an achievement. Still, I think I need to rethink what I'm eting as that is a shocking lunch. My carbs were at 233 - to be expected.

So what is the average daily TDEE this week. We are down to 1373. I had hoped to be down around 1300 but still it is less than the week before. Slowly but surely

After 2 weeks of being sick. I am going to take a step back on my plans and just let it slide for a while. I have not done any real fasting or anything and still maintained my weight loss. Of course there is the normal fluctuation that I am not taking into account as I am females and water retention and what not is infamous.

Tomorrow I will start back at work and will be fasting. I am going to do a water only fast or attempt to do it. The past week or so I have not had any appetite and it only awakens when I start eating food. So I want to see how long I can fast (max 1 day of no food) before I cave in.

I have had time to take a look at what I want and right now I want to rid of another 4-5 kgs before I start embarking on my exercise routine. It is winter and starting to be very cold and for those who are from up north knows how cold and terrible our winters are. You only want to come home, snug under a comforter in front of the fire place and not move a muscle.

Has it really been another week?

When I weighed myself last Sunday I was a little disheartened at not only not losing any weight....but showing a slight gain!

I [i]know[i]that I stuck to the plan, so I did the only thing possible....I decided it was an inexplicable 'blip...and carried on!

It hasn't been the easiest of weeks - so much stress! Stupid water board have sent me four separate bills this week all for different amounts! So Monday will be spent phoning them to try and work out which bill is correct!

Of course, two of the bills arrived this morning - a fast day! Typical! I couldn't even have a comfort biscuit!

With the colder weather now seeming to be a fixture, I have started filling up my freezer with home-made soup for fast days.

Dinner has just been eaten and I now just have to get through another couple of hours until bed....sleep...and wake up to a 'normal' eating day!...
