I'm finding this diet quite easy and after two weeks I've lost 6lbs.
I start my fast day after a night shift so I'm asleep most of the day so I'm not hungry and then have 500-600 calories when on my next night shift the following day. I like veg & fruit so I can pick all night on that without using too much of my calorie allowance. I have a tin of Weight Watchers tomato soup before I go to work which is 77 cals and can have a nice meal around 10pm and I always get home the following morning with a few spare.
Chuffed to bits.
