Moved "the big one" today
21 Jun 2013, 00:12
Have an old fashioned scale at work at have been at the 150 mark for years. Today I had to move the big weight and fell under the 150 mark (okay, I had to take off my shoes and jewelry). Didn't think I could ever do that. Persevere people. I had a long plateau and now a great period of continued loss.

Congrats. I remember the last decade I saw 150. But that number is still my goal. Yes, patience is a virtue.

It's great to see results isn't it Michmod? :like: I do think of this as a WOE and love how it lets me enjoy my life like a 'normal' person. Definitely worth persevering!

That''s great! I also managed to be break a barrier today, the 210 barrier - now 209lbs, so that is 41 off since January. Few to go yet, but this is just such a great way of life, not a diet, as I don't see it as such. Onwards and downwards!

I very rarely weigh myself but when I do it's completely naked. Probably not advisable at work though!
