SO what's your problem MelbMandy? Just asking
Happy and easy fasting !
Just finished brekfast (half cup cream and 8 raw almonds) =250 cal.
Same for dinner. For me this weird combination works best, as I׳m on high fat low carb.
Whish you all a successful fast today, with excellent results!
And million of thanks to you all on this wonderful forum . :-)
Just starting my Monday fast too - drinking a black tea! Good luck everyone!
I'm in just a couple of coffees and lots of water until 7 then salad and a small piece of pork.
I think I've finally started to lose weight again since hovering around 80kilos for more than 3 months.
I'm in once its morning. Going to be a tough one as I'm home all day. Work & school cancelled due to another arctic blast. Temps in the -15 range w/50 below windchills. At least my daughter is good company, maybe we'll play Just Dance all day & get some exercise in!
Salmon & salad for dinner, coffee & tea during the day. Good luck all.

Plan changed a bit. I've been trying my hand at making homemade yogurt & the batch I made last night came out awesome! I'm having some at some point today & excited I can still have my salmon & salad (fat free dressing swap worked it out to 510 for the day). :geek:
Hi! :)
I am in today and so far have had 3 black teas, 2 fruit teas, 1 black coffee, 4 glasses of water and am treating myself to a soda with a dash of lime while waiting for my flight back to Melbourne from Adelaide.
By the time I get home, it will be well and truly dinner time!
It's a great drying day in Adelaide today - managed to get 5 loads of washing done, dried, ironed and put away for my mum before I left for the airport. Mum really has trouble now getting things on and off the clothes line...

Hopefully we board on time in half an hour.
Happy fasting or otherwise everyone! :)
I shall be in, in the morning.
Definately fasting today! Was my birthday yesterday and I think I ate enough to last me for a week!!!!
Happy Birthday, @fastingqueen!!
I'll be in tomorrow, Monday, too.

You're right that is weird
But if it works for you, why not?

I'm in today, just repairing weekend damage (a little more than usual as we went out to dinner, but nothing drastic :))
I'm in today the V&P vary fairy has got fed up of teasing @fatdog and is now annoying me. Trying to get to just below maintenance but keep bobbing around just above it!
Good morning all! I'm in today, as usual on Mondays. Hoping it's a good one for everyone :)
Good morning fasters. I'm joining in for my usual Monday fast. Back to traditional 5.2 for me. Simples.....
Morning all, I'm in today after a weekend filled with birthday meals (not mine) and alcohol. I'm 146.4lb which is heavier than midweek but still a loss of 4.1lb since starting 16 days ago.

I'm a 4:3er but I only managed 2 fast days last week so hoping to do better this week.
I'm in. Usual Monday fast for me.
