Tuesday night here but I'm in tomorrow. Happy fasting everyone
I'm in today but not feeling brilliant (a bit bleh and a sore throat) so I will see how I go. That is the beaut y of this WOE, it gives you lots of flexibility.
Sorry to hear you are poorly @pilchards - hope you soon feel better. Plenty of fluids for you today, I think!

I'm in. Just drinking a nice cuppa & off for a walk a little later with a friend I haven't seen for ages. Bet the jaw gets a marvellous workout this morning!

Whatever you're doing, hope you all have a brilliant day xx
Joining you today because my Monday fast went pear shaped & was abandoned because of cakes!
I hope you all have a good fast day  The sun is shining brightly & it is a gorgeous day in Sussex.
I'm in today! Seeing how a MWF (with F = 16:8) goes for me this week to sort of kickstart fasting again.

I have a question, though: I felt quite poorly for two weeks (headache, dizzy, nausea, tired), which I presumed was a kind of viral bug. I opted not to fast, thinking that was the safe/healthy thing to do.

Sunday we met up with family for a meal and I felt quite poorly that day.. actually felt like my illness was re-emerging. But then I decided to just give fasting a go again on Monday and it was fine. Oddly enough (touch wood), I have felt quite a lot better this week so far, with this being my second fasting day already. So my question is: has anyone else found that after doing this WOE for a while (5 months for me) not fasting makes them feel quite unwell? I'm guessing this is all just coincidental but I thought I couldn't hurt to ask all of you pros...
In today, had a wee salad at lunch time of two slices of ham, big handful of lettuce and a spoon of coleslaw. Tonight I'm having a mushroom and red onion omelet.
@LadanTrying sorry that you've been off. It's a funny thing this fasting lark. I don't feel well if I eat as I used to before starting 5.2 but it sounds like a viral thing to me. So stick with your usual fasting routine and let's hope it doesn't come back.
I'm in! I was starving this morning, probably because I decided to indulge in leftover carrot cake last night. A cup of coffee with Equal has made the morning rumbles go away. WOo hoo.
