Sunday Fast 22nd Feb
21 Feb 2015, 22:15
Well just need to commit in writing! Reduced calorie day after 2 feed days, yesterday friends here for lunch and dinner, healthy food but lots of wine. Must say taking a couple of weeks off helped with the free for all feed day mentality. So today I plan on doing less than 1000 cal maintenance day. Good luck to anyone joining me.

Morning GMH. I've just decided to fast today, instead of Monday. I'm going to the MET Opera at the cinema. Then I am driving down to Hobart - 4 hour drive - so it seems logical to fast while I'm doing all that sitting around, away from kitchens. Then I can have a normal tea at my friend's house in Hobart, she is very weight conscious so that won't be hard probably - and then tomorrow, while I am in the Big Smoke, I can take my son out for lunch and eat what I want. Good plan. I am a bit disappointed not to be having breakfast and I just put away the bowl I had got out in readiness. I do like breakfast.

@Sallyo yes I like breakfast too, in my 500 cal days I used to do a bowl of vegie soup and now I often do a protein bar if in a rush and don't make brekky. Not traditional brekky foods and yes I do love those :-) your plan makes sense to me. On my 1 trip to Tassie, we stayed in Battery Point OMG the food there was brilliant! Cafes everywhere serving delish food. Oops I should be saying this tomorrow lol. Have a great trip :-)

Sounds as though you're having a VERY special day there Sally @Sallyo An all-day opera eh? Hmm Image
As for breakfasts, I used to LOVE them. They were the best meal of the day as far as I was concerned. But now? I don't have any. I feel so much better for it, too. The weight is just dropping off...wait a minute...what's that?...Image a flying pig?!!
Candy, Candy, Candy!! At last! We are in sync. How pleasing it was to see that you are fasting today too! Image
Hope its a good one. No food until 6ish thats the motto of the day!
Good luck all you slimmer Sunday fasters! Image

Yes its bean a hard old day today hasn't it. I think the dreadful weather must have something to do with it. I'm nearly done. Just my little bowl of Cheerios to keep me company...whilst watching "Call the Midwife". Better get the tissues ready...I usually end up crying
Here's to a non-fasting Monday hey buddy! Er Oatesy? Sorry
