I was using Spark people for a very long time and not getting anywhere. The usual too restrictive diet. But their recipe section is brilliant. Have a look at http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/home.asp

One of my favourites is this one. I cut the calories by using chicken breast instead of thighs.

Yum, that looks lovely and fresh. How do you calculate difference in cals between thighs and breasts? So many calorie counters vary...

I counted from scratch, and used half a skinless chicken breast per person. Its fab for the fact that its a one pot meal that takes 25 minutes to cook. Having big eaters in the family (less so now) I usually doubled up the recipe and froze two portions for later in the week. If you do double up, don't double up the pepper it gets overpowering.
