...and with that in mind, will there be a little Candy joining us? You could just try it to the end of the month, which would only be 3 weeks wouldn't it? :?:
My gut feeling @nursebean and goodness knows i have a big gut..is i' m more likely post Easter to try @lori s two 500 cal days,2-3 1000 cal days
No b***er it, i' m gonna do Lori's thing til Easter and after Easter..give myself a little boost and a little kick up the ass.
I' m excited coz i' m trying back to back this week
Sorry Beano,i did a week of ADF and found it too stressful on every level ..i ended up like this! Image
I will join you Beano.
Oh that's wonderful. Welcome on board Karen!
I'm in as long as I can shift the dates a bit. I'm in Tokyo April 3-6 and in the US May 7-12. I'll ADF/DODO in between. Is that ok?
I'm in for the month with the exception of the Easter weekend. I'll do Monday 30th March, then Wednesday, 1st April. Next day will be Tuesday 7th. Will you have me on that basis? My OH is overseas from 18th for 2 weeks so I was going to be extra good then anyway and this will give me a super boost!
Looking at the calendar I think we should start on Tuesday 7 April and finish on Tuesday 5 May (the day after a full moon).
How does that suit people? And don't worry, we not strict in DODO-land. You can adapt it to suit you...just give it a go
Im in ! I will be studying for my exams- which should be easier to manage that if i was going out and having fun! Really ADF is only 3:4 right? or is it 4:3? I think Im confusing myself!
Hi @Alicegl1 and welcome on board!! I admire your enthusiasm, especially as you'll be doing exams...poor you...but good luck!!
ADF varies every week (which is part of the attraction). So, take Week 1: Our first fast will be on Tuesday 7th, then Thurs, Sat. The following week we fast Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun. So one week we fast 3 days and the next 4. The thing I like about it is that not EVERY Monday is a fast day. I like variety!
I really hope you find it easy. Its worth giving it a try anyway.
Thanks nursebean , starting on Tuesday 7 is a great compromise. I'll be ready for it after an indulgent Easter weekend away with friends,
Oh thats great @Pilch (great name!) By the way, welcome to our forum. Have you introduced yourself yet? Sounds as though you're really fired up for great fasting. If you need any help or support, then you've come to the right place!
Hope you enjoy DODOing
I struggle to fast normally in the school holidays as it is so will give this challenge a miss. Good luck to you all though.
Sounds like a good challenge. Not able to do it in April though, have too many things going on including a week long conference (I have tried fasting at a conference before, it is very difficult as I get too tired). Maybe if this runs again later on in the year. :)
I'd like to join you all, but I have a 4 day beach vacation in Florida followed by a 5 night cruise in the Caribbean beginning 4/16. Maybe if you run another one sometime it will work for me.

Good luck everyone! :clover:
@nursebean, the new dates suit me perfectly. Arigatou gozaimasu!
