Dilemma! Fasted Sunday, ate little today as I was diving snd didn't have much time.
Diving again tommorow and it's a fast day. I haven't dived on a fast day, so, do I fast as usual, or do I change HOW I fast?
I usually go all day and eat in the evening. Am considering seeing how it goes, but having emergency rations just in case. My go to emergency rations for diving are dates, which are great, but maybe not the best idea on a fast day.
Suppose I'll just play it by ear and do my best. wish me luck!
Oh dear, that's a good start @janeg. I think you could have two light meals but as you say, play it by ear and see how you go. You may find you're not hungry...who knows!!

Here I go! Tuesday 7 April 7.45 am and still on holiday after an extended Easter break. However, heading home today so should have no problem fasting today as the only thing on offer will be Maccas or Hungry Jacks and I have no problem saying no to those. Just lots of water and a couple of cups of tea before a prosciutto rocket fig and feta salad this evening. Looking forward to giving my tummy a rest after a carb filled weekend! Good luck everybody!
I've gotten my first fast day of the challenge off to a good start, too, @Pilch. I'm back from my trip and ready for a bit of a food break. I'm on my first iced coffee (it's already rather warm in Okinawa).
My first challenge day going ok too. It's 5pm now and I succumbed to a cappuccino for "lunch", but plenty of calories left over for an omelette for early dinner soon. Your salad sounds delicious though @Pilch. I might steal that idea for Thursday.
I'm here. Been do doing since the beginning of the month so into the swing of things. Last day of holiday today and doing my usual of one meal a day, normally fish and salad or veg. Good luck everyone!

I haven't bean near a tape measure for ages....so today would be a good day to get one out and record things......ooh, it's not going to be very pretty, but it must be done!

@nursebean ive worked out my own funny Letter C version of this challenge..
I only get to fast on five days same as you Number guys..but i get my full quota of twice aweek fasts..am thinking of sticking to B2B..but of course all that could change!
Anyone craving things...? My mind is still half in Easter Bunny mode but my belly s enjoying the rest..xx
