Hey all Christmas Challengers..
December 20 was the last day... Let me know what your final result was, good or bad. If you have opted out.. dont worry, start again Jan 4 which is the Monday after the festivities and new year revelling. Make that a fresh start for the year.

Just a call out to everyone. (have included everyone here, even if you opted out or made goal or have submitted your final report... thought you may be interested in everyone's results.

Here is the official thread where i will up date your indivdual and group results. I was unable to update everyones individual results for the last few weeks. and apologies for that.

As for me... well i didnt lose a lot (say 500g) but I discovered a new way of living.. along with 5:2/4:3 and intermittent fasting.. being semi vegitarianism. I eat plant food/dairy/eggs say 5 days a week, leaving meat eating to just 2 days.. this is radical for me and im loving it. Created a facebook group for the first time, called "The 5 day vegetarian" where i have met over 100 other people interested in the same. So its been a bit of a new reawakening to eating, my last reawakening being 5:2 which I adopted since April 2013.

Anyhows.. will send out the official update notice soon, at least by around 28th December.
No.31 giving my final report. Reached 8st 13lbs or 125lbs from 128lbs. Fairly happy with that though. Have a lovely Christmas everyone and thanks Juliana for running this challenge.
#28 reporting in. I knew I had no chance of reaching the crazy goal I had set for myself, but I still pushed quite hard. Nevertheless, I'm happy with what I have achieve. Started the challenge on the first of October at 68.9kg (152lbs)... Ended on the 20th of December at 65.5kg (144lbs).
No 2 reporting in.....4.7kg gone - didn't quite make the 5kg goal, but NEARLY. This is my best challenge on here ever, thanks for the good work @Juliana.Rivers and the inspiration.

These last few months has really opened my eyes and I finally 'get' 5:2 Fasting, and often 4:3 and also semi-vegetarian meals, and I have been inspired by so many success stories, it really does work. I also continue to clean healthy eating, although the last week is proving a bit of a challenge.

Merry Christmas everybody, all the very best for the Festive Season.
cheers
Maggie. :present:
Well I have never managed a challenge before, and I was not losing this weight no matter how hard I tried. However, final weigh in this morning 60.5kg from 62.8kg so not quite the 4kgs I was hoping for but 2.3kg is not too bad. :like:

This has been a fab challenge and has really got me back into fasting
I started on 20th Oct at 126.2lbs and weighed in yesterday morning at 121, was 119.5 on Friday but attended the works night out on Saturday!
So have dropped just over 5lbs.
MEmber no 3 reporting in.
IT was all going so well but really this last week has been the heavy pre Xmas socialising as we get together before everyone goes away for Xmas. Plus a weekend away at the Christmas Markets in Berlin...oh my!
Starting weight: 76 kg
Waist : 90 cm
Closing weight: 75 kg
Waist: 86 cm

My weight did dip to 73 kg in the interim, but it only takes a day to load on a kilo for me! The waist measurement shows the right direction.m

Thanks for organising this Juliana, and Merry Christmas to you all.
Member 27: 89,4 kg was my last official weight-in :) Thank you for the challenge, it kept me in check for the crazy pre-christmas season.
Just wanted to congratulate all Christmas challengers. There are some amazing results here. Nice job :like:
Sorry for the late check in but life got in the way. Again.
I am 2kg up on where I'd like to me but still within my healthy range.
Thanks for running the challenge!
