I'd like to join the challenge too. I'm a newbie and started just yesterday, so this would be good for me. Hope to lose 2 kgs by 20th June. starting at 81 kgs now. hopefully I'll be 79 kgs by June 20th.
Hi
I'm also new to this forum (or any forum actually)
I'd like to join the challenge, I'm having knee surgery on the 16th June, so would like to lose a bit first.
I weigh 10.4 and would like to lose a lb a week, hopefully not too optomistic!
I did the 5:2 a couple of years ago and it worked but I've absolutely gone off the rails since then, too much high living! I now feels like a bit of a blobby jelly.
So I'm going to give it my best shot again, at least until the 16th
Welcome @Lizzy75 and good luck with the challenge!
Bean xx

#14 @Lizzy75- would like to lose a lb a week. Surgery coming up

A shout out to the new peeps! Welcome here.
Hello,
I'd like to join. The next month and a half is a very busy time for me as the school year winds to a close, but it'll probably be good for me to have some accountability! That's about 6 weeks, so I will shoot for a modest 3 lb. loss, which should bring me to around 165 lbs. Here are my goals to achieve that:
1) Eating window 12-7/8 M-F
2) Meet step goal of 9500 steps every day.
3) Try to reduce carbs, especially sugar.
4) Drink more water.
Thank you!
Nice to see so many lovely forum members old and new joining this challenge. I find that weekly accountability keeps me motivated.
I have gained 300g this week but lost 1 cm from my waist. My weight has been bouncing up and down around the same kilogram for the past few weeks so I am looking forward to it starting a downward trend again. I know it will but grrrrrr it is frustrating sometimes!
Achieved my step count on 5/7 days this week. I have just upped my daily goal to 15,000 per day as I was achieving my old 13,200 goal somewhat easily. 15,000 is a bit of a stretch (which I guess is the idea).
Have a great weekend and I look forward to hearing how everyone is getting on.
#15 -@cblasz -cblasz is doing multiple techniques, welcome on!

@Pilchards- you have great stamina. You'll get there. Also 300 grams- is that like a quarter pound? This could just be a temporary reaction to walking more.
# 8 - Somehow I gained 2 pounds between April 30 and May 2 when I started this challenge. "Somehow" ha! I know exactly how. Delicious deserts. So, I am down a pound since then. On track, sort of. Officially 220 # today, Friday reporting. I don't know how far I walked each day, but chasing puppy for my socks worked, as well as walking with him. Good luck fellow fasters. Today I fast. :clover:

Week One -
#8- @grannieannie- My goal- losing another pound a week, & follow my exercise plan 6/7 days.
Two pounds up, 1 # down.
Exercise plan working.
Oops # means pounds to me. I forgot it is also hashtag.

Thank you. You can just put me down for a 3lb. goal. Those are just the ways I hope to achieve that!!
# 5 checking in. 2 good fast this week and I've lost 1lb. Now 180lb. I'm going to really enjoy my Sunday roast today, knowing tomorrow is a fastday. Wishing everyone a good week :clover: :clover: :clover:
How is everyone doing? I am having a harder time this challenge. I plan to fast Mon. & Fri. I think this week will be easier, as I am doing the cooking for myself and aunt. My hubby is away visiting relatives in Connecticut for 5 days. He loves to cook, and his meals are so tempting. Fast on. :clover:
Happy Mother's Day to all who qualify. I had a good weekend, with lots of family, hugs and kisses, being fed, time in the park, etc.

@grannieannie, stick in there, girl. Some days and weeks are harder than others, as we all know. Pay attention to your own body and modify if needed.

On Friday, my official weigh in was 159.8, which is both  and  , as I had been sliding for a long time, but I am heading in the right direction.
Hi all you challengees and welcome to @lizzy75 and @d2dutta! X
Good luck with all yr aims,am cheering you on from the sidelines xx
