On the up! 126.8 but still within acceptable range. Six days to rein it in a bit before our meet up at Fortnum and Masons and the yummy classic afternoon tea next Saturday! Looking forward to this weeks fasts, I wonder why
Well done everyone, nice to see so many giving it a good go.

Best of luck with phase two x
Halfway thru thus challenge, ive lost seven and a half of the eight pounds i pledged to lose on the Super Summer Challenge
Very pleased..will reset my goal when i lose that elusive half pound over the next week! X

@WarriorPrincess@CandiceMarie - wow - well done, that's great news, congrats to you both. Candice is it the challenge that's helped you, or summer, or just the right time type thing?

@lizbean its Slimming World thats helping at the moment!
I keep in mind all week a mental image of stepping on the SW scales and how happy i will be if there's a result. Nobody there is judgmental..losses are celebrated..if there are gains, you can look for reasons why with the Consultant if you wish
Tho i don't stay usually for the Group meeting,i have a good chat with fellow members while we wait to get weighed.
The Class is held near where my DD lives..so I can combine with visiting her / having dinner afterwards (several good Restaurants close by and i stick to meat and veg or salad) The class is held in a cricket club so we sometimes pop into the bar for a diet Coke post weigh in.
Have got into a nice little routine and as i'm fasting too, i feel SW helps enormously on temptational non fast Days!
I really don't like giving money to the multimillion diet industry but i have to do whatever it takes to get the weight off! X sorry for rambling reply!

SW: 12 st 7 (7th June 2015)
CW : 12 st 0 (4th July 2015)
Gw: 11 st 6 (?? 2015)

Considering yesterday wasn't a fast day, I think I'm still on target to reach my goal of a "healthy" bmi by the end of the month. Well, maybe not :p but 1-2 pounds above won't really bother me. I blame the heat for making me feel bloated lol.

Good luck everyone

@CandiceMarie - ah I remember now, I wasn't on the forum much last week, in fact very little - it's amazing how long it takes to catch up/remember etc. So pleased to hear the weekly weigh and SW is helping your TDEE days and you have found a nice routine, sounds like a fabulous evening of activities! Interesting to see the combo, 52/SW I wonder if anyone else has tried it.
@Flic congtrats on your 7lb loss, well done. :like:

Not sure if this is a late Week 5 weight declaration or an early Week 6 one - but today's weight is 11.5.5 - 1.25 pounds down on last week. SO pleased - that's on track for reaching my target of 11st 4 by the end of the month ... though two work trips and a certain afternoon tea event on Saturday lie in wait between now & then. Really delighted with today's progress though.

Yay, 70.80kg (11st 2.09lbs, 156.09lbs - still trying to get used to stones and pounds after over 20 years in the UK  ) seems to be my 'new', 'proper' weight. Weighed myself on Monday, which was after a fast day and again today and it's still the same.
All my clothes from 3 years ago fit again (although I have yet to try my old climbing harness  ) ...I'm almost wondering if I should just stop losing here or continue to my randomly set challenge target of 68kg. I don't think I have been lighter than what I am now for the last ten years (or even longer...) - I guess I'll just continue with 5:2 and 'good food' for the time being and see what happens....

First of all, may I send a huge round of applause to our very own Candy!! 11 and a half pounds OFF ? 4 and a half of which came off this week?! That is just wonderful. Well done little Moomin xx
Also well done to @Flic and to @turtlegirl for losing 7pounds (HALF a stone) and for reaching goal! You are all a great inspiration to us all...thank you.

When does this challenge finish, I can't remember? My weigh-in is tomorrow. As I've bean on holiday I'd be pleased with a plateau (although I secretly want to lose loads!)
Hey ho! Wish me luck
Bean xx

Very good going folks, @CandiceMarie especially, big hugs all round.
I've had a busy grandchildren week (poorlies) so not much attention paid to food, but I seem to be not too bad at 74.9kg today, from 76kg start.
Could do better and will try, though Big Son and family coming Saturday so anything can happen :0)
The main thing is I'm eating real food (except for chocolate rice cakes last night, medicine for a headache) and eating when I'm properly hungry rather than set times.
Onwards dear friends, downwards :like:

I did an extra fast this week as the next week may be a bit calorie heavy ... and this morning - post fast - I am 11st 4 and I HAVE HIT MY SUMMER CHALLENGE TARGET!!!!!
I'm completely delighted ... and completely astonished! A couple of pounds will of course probably reappear next week but now I know its possible I'll reset my target to 11st 2.75 by the end of the challenge - and I'll tell you why if I manage to get there!
