The FastDay Forum

Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Cheers Wineoclock! Love the Blue Mountains. :) My best friend's brother lives in Katoomba. Been there a few times myself. Gorgeous area of Sydney.

Hi and welcome Brian@BrianCox! X
You asked about the Crimbo Challenge..we often set little challenges, usually of several weeks, just to give ourselves a goal or focus
Doesnt really matter if you want to lose a little or a lot nor whether you lose a little,a lot or none...a challenge is fun and another way to connect and share with fellow fasters

here's more details of the Xmaschallenge if you fancy joining in!

This sounds great, can I get involved please? I'm trying to lose 1.5 stone and this site is helping a lot. I'm a writer and have tried a few different diets and I think this one is the most effective. I've been keeping a log of my progress and it’s been super helpful, I would recommend it for all! just looking back at all i have achieved keeps me going. It's simple I just used a website builder from a server, actually. I'll leave a link below if anyone is interested :)

So, what’s the story with the Christmas challenge, do I post my aims and objectives on here?
