I've struggled with my weight all my life but was always complimented that I wore my weight very well with fasting.

I have high cholesterol now and haven't really fasted in a few years. I used to fast Mondays and Thursdays. Now they seem incredibly impossible to do. I hope I can muster something to get the desire I once had. I tried really hard the last 8 months to get my numbers down without fasting just mindful eating. I hope I can stick around reading and get motivation to try, but baby steps will be for me.
