First day fasting

Hi, just a quick question .. I've has chicken carrots and broccoli for tea, counted the calories using fitness pal and I've only had approximately 400 .., is this ok or do you have to eat 500 .. If do any suggestions for the extra 100?? Thanks

No, you don't have to eat 500, less is fine!

Hi and welcome. You don't have to eat 500cals, just try not to go over 500. Some people eat zero cals, I haven't managed that yet. good luck :)

If you feel full, don't eat anymore :) You can eat anything from zero to 500 (well you get my drift !), so feeling satisfied on less is a bonus.

haha that doesn't sound right. not sure you can 'EAT' zero cals haha.

if anyone finds any zero cal foods please let me know,
I'll live off them :)

Save the extra 100 cals if you're not hungry - if you find yourself struggling to sleep you can have a nice relaxing glass of milk :)

Well done on completing your first fastday sound like a good one coming in under your allowance but a good meal protein + veg combination good foods to "bulk" up meals.
