 Now this is sounding more like it recipe please @rawkaren or is just the two ingredients?
My kettle is boiled and ready but as I think you're back in California I may have to settle for just espresso. :coffee:

Hey @sue.q:

Expresso Martini (NIgella's recipe):

One shot of cold expresso (expresso cup size)
One shot of vodka
One shot of toffee vodka or butterscotch schapps
One shot of coffee liquer, eg kahlua or tia maria

Throw in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour. It will have a nice froth on the top - just like bulletproof but nicer tee hee

I have made it @sue.q with a double voddy shot, coffee liquer, coffee and a dash of vanilla extract instead of the fancy vodka. Good enough.... However I have noticed it seems easier to get caramel or toffee vodka in the supermarket now though. I bought Todka off tinternet which I think is the best. Have made this in pitchers for entertaining and it goes down well at lunch/brunch time.......
