Sleeping after a fast day
01 Dec 2014, 22:18
When I started the 5:2 diet this time last year, I have to say that I found sleeping after a fast day more difficult than on feed days. However, since I jumped back on the wagon a few months ago, I can honestly say that I sleep like an absolute baby after a fast! I go to bed thinking 'I'm not even tired' and before I know it, it's 8 hours later. WOW! I sleep like a log (and wake up in the fireplace, as my darling Mother would say! )
The reason for my post is that I have seen a lot of people share my original problem of not being able to sleep well after a fast day, so thought I would share my newly positive experience!
Does anyone know why this might be?
Wishing you all sound sleeping!! :sleepy:

Not noticed it so far, but will try and become more aware of sleeping after a fast.
