Hi everyone, I noticed that there's no thread from Down Under. :-)

I'm in for another light day today. Having two light days in a row, Monday and Tuesday, seems to work for me. I aim for about 750 calories and reduced carbs - so I eat plenty of very healthy food. Tonight (like last night) is a chicken breast and a huge green salad with a light vinaigrette and a small handful of croutons. I've already has a small bowl of fresh pineapple today -- hard to refuse when they're on sale for $2 at the grocery store!

Good luck with yr back to back... I like a back to back occasionally! Rings the changes!
Mmmm pineapple..did you know pineapple contains an enzyme not found in any other food ?
But not really allowed me on the BSD..i never knew the day wd come when a small apple wd become a once weekly treat! I am tweetign from all the berries i' m eating!
Whats up with fastday..i am getting logged out if i go away for about an hour! I usually stay logged in for weeks xxx
I have no idea about the site logging you off. Yeah, pineapples don't work with extremely low carb diets. But I'm not strictly low carb, I'm really only severely limiting processed carbs (anything with flour or sugar in it), and limiting complex carbs like brown rice and potatoes.

You are doing so dang well tho Candy!!!
