Weight Maintenance

Last month of the year, time to take stock, perhaps in a last attempt to end the year in good fashion  Not been a perticularly eventful year in terms of fasting for me. Seen the top of my maintenance range, but strickt 6:1 was enough to deal with that. Currently nicely on track to start a 5 weeks holiday, mainly in New Zealand. So perhaps one last fast this Tuesday and after that... We'll see what happens. Not sure how often I will be at the Forum, again, let's see what happens.
In the meantime I expect my maintenance status will really be: :sun: :island:
I seem to have spent the year slightly out of my maintenance range, but mostly not too far out. It was just over a kg last time I weighed, so I'm not too unhappy about it. Anyway... I'm hoping to get into a good schedule of exercising in addition to 2-3 "fasts" a week to keep my weight and health where I want it. It's been a crazy year. I want next year to be healthier :-)
Maintenance Month 030

Goal weight 120 lbs, maintenance range 118 - 122 lbs, main method OMAD every day.

Entry weight 124 lbs, exit weight 124 lbs, average 124.4 lbs
Lowest 123 lbs (6 days), highest 125 lbs (19 days)

Within a 2 lbs range this month. A bit over where I want to be, but stable.
Daren't look at the scales- might not post until February :pig2: :pig2: :pig2: :pig2: :pig2: :pig2: :pig2: :pig2:
