Fasting today weds 11th January
11 Jan 2017, 17:55
Hi all, I've had another low cal day and it's starting to feel like the norm again.
Homemade tomato and lentil soup, an apple and some baked fish with roasted vegetables later.

Am I the only one ........... I may have a hot choc later if I need it. :clover:
Hello @carieoates!

Good heavens - surely you can't be all alone on the fasting front today? Thought I'd drop by and cheer you on...

I started back on the BSD on Monday...and like before, my plan is to fast until the afternoon each day....so I was definitely with you this morning...& will be every time you fast. I'm really surprised that, considering my eating has been out of control these past few months...not to mention carb-heavy, amazingly, I've slipped right back into the regime...with what I'd call stoic acceptance!!

Having been away a while, I eagerly checked the forum on Monday to see what you were all up to. Was really sorry to see it so quiet...but that makes me part of the problem, I suppose.

Anyway, it's nice to be back...and I hope all is well with you?
I did fast yesterday and forgot to check in!
