Group Challenges

Good morning!
Surprisingly the scale is back down for me! Yay! I still haven't made much progress, but at least I undid some of the damage I had done.

I'm on vacation from work this week (although I will still have to do some work for both jobs.) My only challenge for the week is to stick with my eating window. It's already hard this morning. It's so much easier when I have go to work and don't have time to eat until lunch. But I'm going to keep myself busy!

The weather is supposed to gorgeous this week, so I do plan on getting a lot of walking in outside!

As I mentioned in another thread, after break I'm planning to get serious and was thinking of starting a June Solstice challenge (in addition to the weekly challenges.) Anyone up for it?
Our daughter is coming to visit this week and I've heard unofficially that she is also following 5:2, so OUR plan is to make that really easy for her!
