Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I swear by miso soup sachets - the one's I use are 27 calories and I find them really filling - not really useful as a meal though.

Hello, @Dee. I'm afraid that I don't make my own soups very often (that means hardly ever!) but there are lots of delicious fresh-made soups in the supermarkets which come in under 150 calories per half carton. I would never buy 'diet' ready made soups because they are often full of rubbish in order to keep them low in calories and make them taste better.

Good luck in your search for super soups and in your weight loss journey. Do let us know if you need any help along the way.
