I'm fasting today, some vegetable soup for lunch and cajun chicken and salad for dinner. I've been to the gym and done Day 2 of Week 4 of Couch 2 5K, and feeling quite pleased with myself.
Anyone else joining me?
Very impressive! I plan to start C25K again soon. Just waiting for the weather to improve a bit. I'm planning to do a 5K at the end of April.

I'll be fasting until about noon!

Hope your fast day goes well!
I'm in today instead of my normal Monday as it was my gardening group 'Christmas' lunch yesterday. I weighed in today as well and am hoping I have turned the post Christmas corner at last. Only a cup of tea and clear fluids so far. Planning salmon with watercress sauce and lots of veggies for dinner .
Maybe 2018 will see the elusive 10 st 7 ( 147lbs) on my tracker
