Congrats on having the courage to start a new adventure. Much to see and read here. Good places to start are the FAQ and Learn pages, then to the Forums for specific topics. Have questions or concerns? Ask and we'll help where we can.
Early hunger is very normal and a necessary part of the process. To counter it, consider tea or coffee and salty drinks (stock, or bouillon cube) sipped throughout the fasting part of the day. It's also beneficial to add some fat - like a small piece of cheese - rather than something carby to what you'll quickly discover is the most-amazing and appreciated 500 calorie fasting meal of the day.
