This morning I was 54,9 kg. I am aiming to go a bit below my target weight, because once I start eating meals, my weight will increase.

Hi there ladies! @Margotsylvia? Are you just maintaining now? You seem to be such a lovely weight I shouldn't think you need to lose any more - do you?

@StowgateResident you are doing well too aren't you. I was always like you, losing 2 pounds after a fast but then putting it on again on non-fast days. I now just stick with intermittent fasting, 5:2 and keeping very low carb. In just 8 weeks doing the BSD and sticking with 800 cals a day I lost a whopping 21 pounds! I'm so pleased with this but worried I'll put it back on again (knowing me)! However, I think keeping carbs low (20-50g per day) is a great way of keeping full and getting rid of those awful sugar cravings!!

Well done for sticking with it!

Oh Margot, you have done so well to lose all the weight you gained after your accident (and even more I think) - I calculate your BMI is 22 (assuming your height is 1.58m) so perhaps you should expect "progress" to be slow!

Thank You for your comments, dear Sassy. You are right. But I am a bit taller. At school I measured 159,5 cm, Now that I am over 60 I recon that I may be 159 cm, Haven't really measured my height.
Tautologically my weight today was 54.9 kg.

NB: Being taller than my estimate means your BMI is even lower!

But as long as you are happy with your eating behaviour and eating enough nutritious food, then of course what you want to weigh is up to you. :)
