Sorry that there was no-one to fast with you, @josie50, but I hope that you had a successful day and that all is going well with you. I will be fasting next on Thursday, so maybe see you then?
Thanks, yes my day went fine-ish. Had to visit the dentist for two root canals which helped. Unfortunately I won't join you on Thursday, my fast days are Tuesday and Friday. But have a good fast tomorrow. I started fasting around April '13, then gave it up and restarted on 31 July. I am again pleasantly surprised about the results. All the best,
