Great to hear that! And this is why Papaya is at number one because it is very healthy and is high in vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and folate. It is also rich in anti-cancer antioxidant lycopene ( 84 ). What're more, studies show that the body absorbs lycopene better from papaya than from other lycopene-rich fruits and vegetables.
