No weight loss this week, but I've lost two inches on my waist and hips and one inch from each thigh!!!!. So more than happy about that :)

Fantastic progress!

I'm another very slow loser, but I've lost more inches in a short period with this plan than any other I've tried, and a good amount of weight as well. It's brilliant :smile:
