I have decided today to try to maintain my weight now,although still 3 pound off my original goal,I am happy with my weight loss so far.It was very strange not fasting today as I have not missed a fast since starting 19 weeks ago.I feel a bit apprehensive that I may slip back into my old ways but hopefully I will be able to keep my weight under control,watch this space
Well done for almost reaching your goal. I will be interested in how the maintaining works out for you as with every diet I've previously tried I have never been able to maintain. For me its either/or. Good luck and I look forward to reading all about it.
