Don't like the red icons
13 Mar 2013, 15:30
Sorry.

If I do a list of new posts it's obvious to me that there's something unread, so I hate the wall of red icons.

Sorry you don't like them Phil :( I prefer them to the old ones, they look smarter. The old ones were red and blue too, just perhaps a bit less bold.

When time allows and if a lot of others object to the icons I'll have a look around for some alternatives, but at the moment I'm behind on my work and need to drag myself away from here ;)

Past experience tells me that even users who aren't keen on a change will adjust to things within a week or two ;)

Otherwise I may just look at adjusting the new blue ones so they change to red outlines instead of blue. But not right now!

Oh, I really like them. Before, I couldn't keep track of where I'd been. Maybe I just didn't understand the code but I get this one.

Yep, I prefer the new ones too. It's much easier to see which posts you've read.
