Due to it being "that time of the month" I gave up fasting for the week due to pains being to intense on my 2 fast days, didn't go mad on the eating, but I didn't exactly eat healthily either!

So jumped on the Wiifit last night to see how much damage I'd done, turns out I've still lost a lb, lol, I have no idea how I've lost it, don't think sausage and chips and a (home made) curry are the epitome of good weight loss food!

I don't mind loosing more weight of course, just think my body is daft at loosing weight after a crappy week! :rotfl:
I think its just one of those great mysteries of the body..it can be so contrary! Just enjoy and don't worry about it! X :like:
I think our bodies need a bit of a shake up and a blow out on occasions and it seems to make it part with some weight, but who knows, well done whatever the reason

Ballerina x
Well done @DragonsHeart Yes this WOL is very mysterious indeed and a mix up as ballerina said does sometimes help try not to repeat the menu this week
for another well earned loss. :clover: :clover:
Fasting is a mystery I think and weight changes are not a simple reaction to "what I ate yesterday" or "what I ate last week"; I picture an enormous oil tanker slowly changing course ... When I was on 5:2 I lost weight after my weeks on holiday of no fasting.
This thread is about how the scales are not a true reflection of fat loss. Worth a read if you haven't already! not-losing-weight-f27/5-2-diet-weight-gain-t1006.html
