Hi! On full fast days I fast from 7pm on Saturday night to 7pm on Sunday night with drinks of water, black coffee, peppermint tea and lemon+ginger tea. At fast-breaking 7pm Sunday, I have a bowl of chicken soup as taking in some protein and no carbs seems to work best at filling me up, around 400 calories. After that more water or tea until Monday morning, then eating a couple of soft boiled eggs with coffee around 11am, when I get hungry.
This just gives you an idea of how it can be done, you will develop a routine that works best for you by experimenting and reading round the forum.
All the very best of luck for your new way of life :0)
