Certainly would support the recommendation of the importance of a food routine and also limiting the variety of food eaten. Thanks for posting!
I do so much better with a limited menu - just stick to the basics most of the time and my eating pattern, at least, is stress free !!!

Thank you very much for the post, very useful. I am on a restricted diet at the moment and find it so much easier only thinking of the same thing to eat all the time. I have to force myself to the gym when at work but I know I will feel better when I've been.
