First fast day done
07 Oct 2014, 06:24
So, my first fast day went really well. I stayed within my 500 calories and although I felt hungry on and off, I kept busy and it wasn't unbearable. I had enough energy to exercise and I slept well.
I thought I'd be starving this morning but I'm not, I haven't actually had my breakfast yet.
I feel really well. I know I will have harder days but I'm pleased with how it went :)

Oh I'm so pleased for you @JudyQ. Glad it went so well. Its funny how you don't wake up as hungry as you think you'd be...and of course hunger is just like that...it comes and goes! Heres to the next fast!...

Well done both of you.
I don't eat breakfast anymore. Thank Goodness I found fasting as I used to be hungry all day long before i started. Now I just tell my Tummy to shut up and I will deal with you later. Don't even consider breakfast anymore.
