Two and a half mile walk on Sunday, followed by pruning a couple of fruit trees, then an hours Pilates this morning (Monday). Stuck at the computer the rest of the day, so a derisory number of steps! :frown:
9 mile road walk. Cool, still, overcast.
Hi all
I forgot to post yesterdays Fitbit results which was 10,383 steps :-) and todays steps so far are 15,689 some by walking the dogs and the others is following the Couch to 5K app on my treadmill :-)
5 mile jog. Cool, still, overcast.
Tone class then Bootcamp - Tabbatta tonight - flippin' hard work!
2 circuits of the Village Round and a potter round town. Felt jaded after a poor night's sleep.
An hour of Body Pump - apologies if this is getting repetitive!

An hour of that earns you the right to be as repetitive as you want!
Yesterday I did a 40 minute walk and today a 20 minute run and a 10 minute walk. Happy to be back running. Will miss it next week as in half term I won't be able to fit it in.
Walked my 8.2 k jogging route. Dismal and windy.
Yesterday, an hour and a quarter of one-to-one Yoga! It was only my second session and was really useful. I have been told that I am very flexible but lack muscle-tone and balance! I have been given a couple of poses to practise at home and hopefully these will make a difference if I do them over a period of time.
Today I am heading out for a walk but the rain is heading our way, so I better get out there soon - well wrapped up against whatever the weather throws at us!
8.5 mile jog. Such a lovely morning I felt it would be a shame to just walk, although I was disappointed by how much walking I did. No oomph at the start and I didn't find any on the way round. Go away, wretched catarrh!
Yesterday's walk turned into a four-miler, which is a very long walk for me! In fact my Nike app tells me it is the longest, single walk that I have done since I started! My husband and I had both dressed for cold weather but it was surprisingly mild and we were both really warm by the time we got home. I think the difference was that there was no wind and we're not used to that out here in the Fens!
I have just suggested that we should go for a walk while the sun is shining but my husband is not too enthusiastic, so my exercise today may be pottering in the garden - where there is plenty to do!
4 mile walk. Another lovely spring-like day, temperature reached 10 C.
Only just over one mile this morning because I wanted to get in the garden as it was such a lovely day. I spent about five hours in the garden and then went for a brief half mile walk just to get the blood flowing because I had been bent over from the waist for most of the time I was gardening. I bet I'll be as stiff as a board for Pilates tomorrow!
