Fasting today Tuesday 22 August
22 Aug 2017, 06:37
After an extended fasting holiday it is time to face the facts and get back to normal. Fasting is a lifestyle for life. So today I'm in, as I have to make sure that I keep my maintenance pledge. Yes: 'Je maintiendrai', I will maintain.
Good luck today to all who join me (and to all others as well, why keep it exclusive  )
Thanks P-JK for starting this page!!! I am fasting today, too. Not maintaining like you, but trying desperately to get back down. What has always worked before does not work now :curse: I was also supposed to fast on Sunday - in this ADF - lark. BUT I developed an almighty diarrhea and ate toasts and things and quit fasting  naturally my weight skyrocketed!!! :dazed: I do tend to develop this diarrhea when seriously fasting. My hubby ate exactly the same as I - but only more carbs, and he had no problems. It is harder to fast now, because I had one day off  :starving: Looking forward to supper/dinner tonight
I am publicly back in today after over a year of being MIA. Confident committing here will keep me on track-always helped before! TIA for your support & best results to fellow Tuesday fasters. Pax
